Job Title: Office Manager
Location/Schedule: Greensburg, IN (Onsite, Full-Time)
NOW CFO is partnering with a growing and fast-paced organization who is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support leadership across accounting, administrative, and HR functions. This is a key role within a small, collaborative team where youll have visibility across the business and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
What Youll Do:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AR/AP, billing, and payroll support
- Oversee office operations and ensure day-to-day efficiency
- Monitor and track company expenditures and financial activity
- Provide administrative and executive support to leadership
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and employee support
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and client interactions
- Help maintain organization and structure in a dynamic, evolving environment
What Were Looking For:
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, inventory, or mechanical environments
- Experience in bookkeeping or office management within a small to mid-sized business
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership
Nice to Have:

- Highly organized and naturally communicative
