Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations within our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control specific to the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory control procedures
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the manufacturing facility
• Develop and maintain cost accounting methods to accurately track production costs
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights to management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management
