The Omni-Channel Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing and shopper programs across digital, retail, and in-store channels. This role partners closely with Sales, Brand, Category Management, and external agencies to ensure a consistent, data-driven shopper experience that drives distribution, velocity, and brand growth across key retail customers.
This position blends strategy and execution—owning day-to-day program development while supporting broader omni-channel and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies across in-store, digital, e-commerce, and retail media platforms.
- Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable shopper programs that align with customer needs and channel dynamics.
- Ensure consistent messaging and execution across all shopper touchpoints.
Shopper Marketing & Retail Activation
- Lead the execution of shopper marketing programs including displays, promotions, digital shelf, coupons, signage, and retail media.
- Customize programs and presentations by retailer, channel, and customer strategy.
- Partner with Sales to support sell-in stories, line reviews, and customer planning.
Digital & Retail Media Support
- Manage and execute campaigns across retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.).
- Coordinate paid search, social, and e-commerce activations in alignment with omni-channel objectives.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities and execution.
- Serve as a key day-to-day liaison between internal teams and external agency partners.
- Support agency briefing, timelines, budget tracking, and performance reviews.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track program performance using sales data, shopper insights, and campaign metrics.
- Provide post-promotion and post-campaign recaps with clear insights and recommendations.
- Use data to continuously improve program effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in omni-channel marketing, shopper marketing, brand marketing, or commercial marketing.
- Experience working in CPG, food manufacturing, or consumer products strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience supporting retail customers and sales teams.
- Exposure to retail media networks, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
