Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions carefully, and looking for long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
- Use microscopes and other tools to perform detailed work requiring strong hand dexterity.
- Accurately read labels, identify colors, and complete required documentation in English.
- Support weekly overtime requirements (hours may vary week to week).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend at a 7th-grade level.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English for audit and documentation purposes.
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors for labeling.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for microscope-based work.
- Reliability and evidence of job longevity in previous roles.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the team.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow all gowning and cleanliness protocols.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
