Location: Minnetonka, MN (Onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions carefully, and looking for long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
• Use microscopes and other tools to perform detailed work requiring strong hand dexterity.
• Accurately read labels, identify colors, and complete required documentation in English.
• Support weekly overtime requirements (hours may vary week to week).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend at a 7th-grade level.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English for audit and documentation purposes.
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors for labeling.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for microscope-based work.
• Reliability and evidence of job longevity in previous roles.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the team.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow all gowning and cleanliness protocols.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
