As a Packaging Supervisor, you will lead and manage 2nd shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing shift production operations to meet performance targets
- Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Delivering continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operations
- Providing operational support and coordinating across functions within WEA
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
While not required, the following are considered an advantage:
- Experience working in food production or regulated manufacturing environments
- Exposure to packaging operations or supply chain processes
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimization

- 2nd shift schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring hands-on leadership and engagement
- Expected base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience
- 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
- Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time
