As Global Talent Acquisition Process Lead, you will develop and evolve Novonesis’ end‑to‑end recruitment processes on a global scale. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, combining process innovation, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and digital enablement.
Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Regions As You
- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of global recruitment processes
- Lead process innovation and automation to enhance both candidate and stakeholder experience
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards
- Monitor process KPIs, provide insights and forecast, and support data‑driven decision making
- Enable digital transformation by optimizing ATS and recruitment technologies
- Develop and deliver training, guidelines, and documentation for Talent Acquisition partners, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage and collaborate with global TA vendors
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of analytical capability, process expertise, and stakeholder influence:
- A Bachelor’s degree required or Master’s degree is a plus or equivalent experience with strong analytical skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment process, HR transformation, or process improvement roles
- Proven expertise in:
- End‑to‑end recruitment process design and optimization
- Process mapping and SOP documentation
- Project and change management
- Stakeholder management in complex, global environments
- Recruitment metrics, insights, and ATS systems

- Estimated salary range: $125,000 - $150,000
- 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
