Job Overview
Summary: As a Lab Human Resources Representative, you will be instrumental in aligning lab HR strategies with organizational goals while supporting a diverse workforce. Reporting to the HR Director, your core responsibilities will include employee relations, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. Your proficiency in Mandarin will facilitate effective communication within our multicultural environment. Leveraging your skills in project management and human capital management, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Position will be onsite in Beaverton, OR lab.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment experience. According to the business development of the lab, determine the needs of each position, and select talents through various channels.
2. Promote the optimization and assessment of the job evaluation mechanism of the lab, and select and retain outstanding talents through job inventory and optimization;
3. Employee relationship management, regular employee communication, pay attention to the employee's work status, understand the employee's mentality;
4. Organize the performance management of the lab, including the formulation of performance appraisal indicators, performance appraisal results review, performance interviews, etc.
5. Inherit and publicize the company's cultural values, actively organize the staff activities of the lab, regularly carry out team building, employee care, and help the responsible person of the business department to effectively manage the team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, human resources and biology majors are preferred.
2. 1 year of human resources work experience, industry experience such as biomedicine, medical equipment, etc. is preferred.
3.Good at recruitment, communication, strong ability to solve problems, campus recruitment experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with state and federal labor laws and personnel related policies, able to proficiently give managers and employees effective advice and solve problems according to laws and regulations.
5. Strong planning, organization, and execution skills, good at observation and analysis.
6. Mandarin/Chinese proficiency is required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
