Novo Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in DuBois, PA. The Soil Sort Team Member works hands-on with linens performing physically demanding, hands-on work sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.
Schedule Options
We offer transportation to and from work through our company van program, serving areas from DuBois to Punxsutawney, with multiple stops along the route.

Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: Early morning start - Weekends off - $17.36 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Afternoon/evening start - $17.36 per hour
- $ .50 shift differential for all hours worked between 5pm and 5am
- Full-time hours with overtime available
- Stand for the full shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions
- Work in a production environment with soiled linen
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work as part of a team
