NOVO Health Services is seeking a Director of Operations – Acute Division to lead multi-site healthcare textile operations.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, safety, compliance, and leadership development, while partnering with executive leadership to scale operations and standardize best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site operations across production, maintenance, transportation, and safety
- Drive continuous improvement and operational standardization
- Own budgets, forecasting, and KPI performance
- Develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and HLAC standards
Qualifications:
- 10 years of multi-site operations leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, healthcare services, or similar
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and build high-performing teams
- Experience with safety and regulatory compliance
Preferred:
- Industrial healthcare textile experience
- Experience with acquisitions or multi-site scaling
- Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement background
