With the holiday season approaching, we’re seeking a reliable and energetic Fulfillment Operations Lead to help us meet increased demand and support our mission of creating global impact through artisan empowerment.
Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Fulfillment Operations Lead to join our collaborative e-commerce fulfillment team. This hands-on role is responsible for the daily execution of order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory management and returns processing. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Receive, QC, prep and organize incoming products for fulfillment
- Train, lead and guide seasonal fulfillment associates
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with stock organization
- Process customer returns and restock items appropriately
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to meet daily fulfillment goals
- Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient fulfillment center
- Identify, suggest and implement workflow improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Strong reliability, dedication and punctuality
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk and move throughout the day in a hybrid office/warehouse setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software or systems
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous eCommerce or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required
Benefits
- $20 - $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
