What You’ll Do
This role offers a unique blend of Customer Service and Fulfillment Center responsibilities, ensuring every day is engaging and varied.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Assist customers by placing orders over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries about products, returns, order status, and account questions.
- Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and text.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction.
- Process mail orders and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Fulfillment Center Responsibilities (when call volume is low)
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Label and organize packages for shipping.
- Unwrap and prep products for picking.
- Support our onsite outlet store during busy periods or special events.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Patience and empathy when handling diverse customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shopping online.
- Previous customer service or fulfillment experience is a plus.
Schedule & Location
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Location: 12961 Park Central Ste 1440, San Antonio, TX 78216.
