Supply Chain/Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months possible extension
Tax Work Location: 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX, USA
Schedule: Mon-Friday; 9am-6pm ( Onsite). Certain days may start early(Monday) or end later(Friday)
Interview Process - 2 rounds. First round will be an excel test - 10-15 minutes. Virtual and on-site
Additional information from HM on call
- Excel critical - need to pass excel test that HM has created - v-lookup, pivot tables, index, formulas, index match etc., they use this daily.
- Good communication skills & understand directions
- SCM, Finance, process background is preferred
- Run reports in excel
- Day to Day - data download and fill in template
- Need to understand how report is built, if they see an issue how to best fix it and tell HM how they fixed it.
- No SAP is required - more of a plus if they have it
- Demand Planning experience, inventory management great excel skills is a perfect candidate
- First 90 days - learn business and support and create reports that HM support

Position Overview:
The Mobile Biz Ops Sr. Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring product availability aligns with mid/long-term forecasted demand. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to generate accurate forecasts and managing demand for all product categories. The Sr. Analyst will play a pivotal role in data analysis, reporting, maximize sales and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, analyze, and communicate demand forecasts between Mobile Biz Ops and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage mid to long-term sell-in/sell-out forecasts(AP2), including buffer management and logic, based on leadership directives and consensus.
- Conduct sell-in risk and opportunity simulations based on various factors, such as COF/PO, sell-out forecast validation through promotion activity and seasonal trends.
- Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuations and inform demand shaping or cleaning.
- Propose supply allocation between accounts to maximize overall SEA sales.
- Consolidate and publish weekly AP2 reports, including sell-in/sell-out week-over-week changes, risks, and financial implications.
- Manage system-based tools to extract data for channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.
- Monitor product arrival schedules and execute purchase order confirmations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor KPIs for operational excellence, such as proposing aging depletion plans, Project Support and Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Assist with supply chain projects and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed, such as reporting, dashboard creation, automation, etc.
- Collaborate with team members and provide backup support/training when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2~3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Preferred degree in SCM, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- Strong analytical, data management, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- SAP experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present to and collaborate with senior management
- Experience working in a multicultural business environment
Background/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations management, or related field; strong preference for Supply Chain Management or Finance degree
- 5 plus years’ experience in, SCM, Business Planning, Finance or related field Preferred
- Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Allocation or Finance Analysis
- Ability to work independently, problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations
- Delivery against supply chain objectives
- Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
