Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Digital Build & AI Architect with strong expertise in .NET, enterprise architecture, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, design AI-driven enterprise platforms, and drive product-centric, cloud-native architectures across BSS/OSS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Technology Leadership
- Define and own end-to-end product and technology architecture vision
- Align business capabilities, digital products, platforms, and AI systems
- Drive modernization toward composable, platform-driven, and AI-enabled architectures
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
2. Agentic AI Architecture
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems
- Define agent roles, autonomy boundaries, and governance models
- Build architectures using ADK, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A communication patterns
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and digital channels
3. Enterprise Architecture & Integration
- Architect large-scale, distributed, cloud-native enterprise solutions
- Define integration patterns across CRM, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, Payments, and Identity systems
- Implement API-led, event-driven, and streaming architectures
4. Digital & Cloud Engineering
- Design AI-native and data-driven solutions using GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- Work across BSS/OSS ecosystems and enterprise digital platforms
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
5. Product, Analytics & Experience
- Architect B2C / B2B / B2B2X product journeys (acquisition, onboarding, fulfillment, lifecycle)
- Embed AI-driven personalization, analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Enable AI-powered automation for sales, operations, and customer engagement
6. Delivery & Execution
- Lead architecture from discovery through delivery and optimization
- Conduct architecture workshops and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, data science, and product teams
7. Governance & Value Realization
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
- Apply CBVA (Customer/Cognitive Business Value Architecture) to measure ROI and impact
- Establish architectural standards and mentor teams
