Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, and support daily warehouse operations. If you’re detail‑oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in doing things right the first time, you’ll fit in well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper labeling
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks
- Work closely with inside sales and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (ERP/label printing experience a plus)
- Forklift experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
