Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President, based in Bellevue, WA. The Vice President will play a leadership role in executing mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, managing deal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. This individual will oversee financial analysis, guide junior team members, and serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role requires deep transaction experience, strong judgment, and the ability to drive processes forward in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions from initial engagement through closing
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with founders, executives, and investors
• Oversee the development and review of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Manage and mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and oversight on work product
• Drive due diligence processes, including coordination with clients, buyers/investors, and third-party advisors
• Lead preparation and delivery of client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents
• Support business development efforts, including sourcing opportunities, preparing pitches, and participating in client meetings
• Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities to advise clients effectively
• Ensure quality control and accuracy across all deliverables and transaction workstreams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking or a related field with demonstrated deal execution experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams in a high-performance environment
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to operate with limited oversight
• Experience working with founder-led and growth-stage businesses preferred
