Role Description
This is a Summer 2027 internship based in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid schedule. The Investment Banking Intern will support the team across live transactions and business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client-facing materials, while working closely with senior team members.
Interns will gain practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and market research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analyses
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts
- Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents
- Help support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organization
- Analyze financial statements and key business metrics
- Participate in internal discussions and contribute to strategic analysis for client projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028–2029 preferred)
- Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses
