About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead mid- to large-scale commercial and retail projects from the ground up. You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality compliance, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for a superintendent with a proven track record of managing complex projects, ideally in retail, light industrial, general commercial, or historical restoration.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a superintendent
- Background in ground-up retail construction preferred; other acceptable product types include light industrial, general commercial, and historical restoration
- Experience managing large projects ($15–40M)
- Strong skills in scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
