What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Estimator position at Novax Recruitment Group?
🌉Senior Estimator
🎯National Bridge Fabricator (Upper Midwest)
⚡The Story
You already know how to estimate steel. You’ve priced plate girders, trusses, heavy civil packages
But now you want more than “another bid.” You want influence and ownership.
A role where your work shapes the projects that shape America.
This national bridge fabricator is one of the few places where an estimator can work on $10M–$100M bridge projects while being groomed for genuine leadership. Their VP of Estimating is retiring in 5–7 years, and they’re intentionally hiring someone who can grow into that seat.
If you thrive on complexity, collaboration, and big steel, this is the kind of role that changes your trajectory.
🏗️ Why This Company?
A national leader in bridge fabrication, producing 60,000 tons of steel annually across multiple plants. They hold AISC fracture‑critical and sophisticated paint endorsements, operate near rail/road/water transport routes, and have tripled in size over the last five years.
This is a business built for scale — and still accelerating.
