🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with shop floor personnel during fabrication
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and detailing information
- Translate drawings and detailing requirements to shop floor operations
- Inspect fit-up quality of fabricated components
- Inspect and evaluate weld quality
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings
- Understanding of the detailing and fabrication process
- Experience inspecting fabrication work
- Ability to evaluate weld quality and recognize questionable welds
- Working knowledge of AWS or AISC standards
- Comfortable making independent inspection decisions on the shop floor
