Project Manager – Facades / Commercial Glazing

💰 Compensation: Up to $110,000 Benefits
A well-established and growing commercial glazing and façade contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial glass, curtain wall, storefront, and architectural façade projects. 🧱 Key Duties
- Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance
- Work closely with internal teams including estimating, detailing, engineering, fabrication, and field operations
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with quality expectations
✅ What You'll Need
- 3 years of Project Management experience within commercial glazing, facades, curtain wall, storefront, or related construction environments
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with commercial construction projects preferred
