The Position:
As Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy while developing and strengthening relationships with General Contractors and key industry stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business opportunities and sustainable revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors across the South East
- Developing and executing long-term market growth strategies
- Leading and mentoring preconstruction teams
- Identifying and influencing project opportunities across multiple commercial construction sectors
- Representing the business at executive and industry levels
- Supporting the development of a robust and sustainable project pipeline
Candidate Profile:
