Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through pre set appointments
- Present and sell construction services such as roofing, windows, doors, and remodeling
- Build trust and guide clients through the sales process
- Close deals and meet revenue targets
- Work closely with production and operations teams
Requirements
- Proven sales experience required
- Construction or home improvement experience preferred
- Strong closing skills and confidence in face to face sales
- English required, Spanish is a plus
- Self motivated, competitive, and results driven
- Reliable transportation
