Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Expert / Architect. The resource will be responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce solutions aligned with the organization’s digital strategy.

This role will bridge business requirements with robust solution architecture and will work closely with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, developers, technical leads, and Agile teams. The architect will play a key role in shaping the Salesforce ecosystem, designing complex integrations, providing technical leadership, and ensuring sustainable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy and implementation.
• Translate business requirements and processes into accurate, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures.
• Design and lead complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across the solution architecture.
• Determine when to use standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development.
• Develop technical documentation, data models, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, workshops, and release planning.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user-story decomposition, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce platform best practices and appropriate technology choices.
• Assist with Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipelines using appropriate release-management tools.
• Support DevOps and release management, including version control and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and delivery.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect Certification
• Salesforce Integration Architect Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification
• Copado Certification
• MuleSoft I and MuleSoft II Certifications

Required Technical Experience

• 7 years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.
• 7 years architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• 7 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Aura
  • Salesforce Flows
  • SOSL / SOQL
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Advanced Salesforce architectural patterns
  • Unit testing and testing best practices
• 7 years of experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
• 7 years guiding development teams on appropriate Salesforce platform technologies and best practices.
• 7 years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and/or Ruby.
• 7 years of experience with data migration strategies and ETL tools.
• 7 years of experience with mobile solutions architecture, including on-platform Salesforce mobile considerations.
• 7 years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning.
• 5 years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5 years of experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
• 5 years of experience with GitHub and/or Bitbucket version-control solutions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
