What You ll Work On
Research target companies, industry trends, and key decisionmakers in the IT staffing space
Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and outbound calling
Assist in executing cold calling campaigns and help refine scripts
Draft, optimize, and schedule marketing content for LinkedIn and other digital channels
Create and improve email marketing templates and BD outreach sequences
Track engagement metrics for campaigns and prepare weekly performance summaries
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) with accurate prospect data
Collaborate with senior BD & Marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and brand positioning
Support marketing initiatives for NovaBotX, NovaMatch, NovaSynqi, and other NovaLink products
Who Can Apply
Students or entry level candidates in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in B2B sales, digital marketing, IT Product Marketing and the IT staffing industry
Basic understanding of sales pipelines, outreach strategies, or marketing funnels
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Canva, or email marketing tools (preferred)
Selfstarter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with cold outreach, digital engagement, and content creation
