Job Description: North Branch Assisted Living, located in North Branch, Michigan, is seeking a Home Manager to support the Administrator and Executive Director in managing both the administrative and clinical aspects of the facility. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing their time effectively. Will manage the operational aspects of the building to contribute to efficient workflow and ensure high resident satisfaction. Must be able to build rapport with staff and provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and outside vendors.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:

- Must be able to build rapport with staff and provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and outside vendors
- Performs general customer service duties to ensure resident satisfaction. Answers questions of residents and families, addresses concerns, and problem-solves with the management team to create appropriate solutions
- Facility management – serves as the primary contact for all operational and functional management of the building
- General knowledge of the building and its functions
- Ensures annual and quarterly inspections of facility systems are conducted per State guidelines and regulations
- Manages schedule on day and night Shifts
- Performs HR duties, including managing all staffing needs such as hiring, orientation, and keeping employee files up-to-date
- Conduct tours as needed
· Performs general customer service duties to ensure resident satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time, Flex, Hourly
-On Call
-8 to 12-hour shifts
-Must fill in and/or help find coverage for floor staff call-ins.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care management, senior living, assisted living, or memory care
-Must have compassion for and a desire to work with senior citizens.
-Must be licensed or certified, if applicable, and in good standing if required by the state licensing authority.
-Must have caregiving experience
-Must have basic computer skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
-Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, management, vendors, and the general public.
-Must meet all health requirements, including a TB test, per state licensing.
-Must pass a criminal background check and random drug tests.
-Must possess a valid state driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Experience in employee scheduling, managing, and training floor staff.
- Sales experience or business development skills are a plus
