Novacart is the world leader in producing free-standing paper baking molds. The Warehouse Lead coordinates and monitors warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role ensures efficient operations while maintaining strict BRC food safety compliance standards and overseeing the flow of materials to and from outsourced converting partners.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and monitor warehouse team performance
- Train employees on procedures, safety, and food safety standards
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Track stock levels and perform cycle counts
- Ensure adherence to BRC Global Standards for Food Safety
- Manage the movement of raw and finished materials to/from third-party converting vendors
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition
- Report KPIs, inventory status, and operational issues to management
Required Skills

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 2-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food or regulated environments
- Experience with BRC or similar food safety standards
- Prior leadership or supervisory expereince
- Forklift certification

- May require flexible hours, including weekends or audits
Pay: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour
