Novacart is a global leader in manufacturing paper baking molds for the food industry. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base.
This role is the primary point of contact for customers and supports order processing, account management, and day-to-day service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately
- Provide product and order information to customers
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Support sales team with customer onboarding and account coordination
- Perform data entry and ensure customer information is up to date
Skills
- 3 years of customer service or client support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with CRM systems - preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills - preferred
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
