Job Overview
Novacart is a global leader in manufacturing paper baking molds for the food industry. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base.

This role is the primary point of contact for customers and supports order processing, account management, and day-to-day service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
  • Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately
  • Provide product and order information to customers
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Support sales team with customer onboarding and account coordination
  • Perform data entry and ensure customer information is up to date

Skills

  • 3 years of customer service or client support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems - preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills - preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
