We’re looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our fast-growing sales team. This is a full-cycle role — from prospecting to closing — where you’ll directly impact our growth and customer base. As an AE, you’ll identify, engage, and close new deals, then hand off contracts to our implementation and customer success teams for onboarding.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day will focus on two areas:
1. Engage, Nurture & Convert (Warm Inbound Leads)
- Reach out to inbound leads from ads, landing pages, events, social media, or forums.
- Conduct discovery calls and demos.
- Convert engaged prospects into customers.
2. Generate & Convert (Cold Outbound Leads)
- Build prospect lists and target accounts.
- Outreach through walk-ins, cold calling, emailing, and social channels.
- Multi-thread key stakeholders and build strong business cases.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and move deals to close.
Responsibilities Checklist:
- Prospect and create outreach lists in target accounts.
- Build relationships at multiple levels within organizations.
- Qualify, follow up, and engage both inbound and outbound leads.
- Present proposals and relevant materials to prospects.
- Manage pipeline and follow up consistently until contracts are signed.
What You Bring
Being an AE isn’t easy — but it’s rewarding. You’ll need resilience, a positive outlook, and the drive to keep going when facing rejection.
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of SaaS sales experience selling to restaurants.
- Direct experience selling Point-of-Sale (POS) or Restaurant Management Systems (RMS).
- Strong prospecting and outreach experience (cold calling, walk-ins, networking).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred but not required).

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
