About the Job
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing team members to join our crew at Nova Trampoline Park! Whether you’re keeping jumpers safe on the courts or welcoming families at the front desk, you’ll be part of the action and help create awesome experiences for every guest.
Court Monitor (CM)
- Supervise trampoline courts and attractions.
- Enforce rules in a positive, guest-friendly way.
- Watch for safety concerns and respond quickly.
- Help with cleaning and reset tasks to keep the park looking sharp.
Cashier / Front Desk
- Greet guests, sell tickets, and process transactions.
- Hand out socks, stickers, and explain jump rules.
- Support birthday parties and group events.
- Answer guest questions and provide friendly service.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay upbeat in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
