Court Monitor

We’re looking for a dedicated Court Monitor to join our team and help ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. As a Court Monitor, your primary mission is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests on our trampoline courts and attractions. You’ll actively supervise jump areas, enforce park rules, and assist guests while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Actively monitor trampoline courts and attractions to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce park rules and safety guidelines with professionalism and consistency.
• Provide clear instructions to guests on proper jumping techniques and safe play.
• Intervene promptly to address unsafe behavior and respond to accidents or injuries following emergency procedures.
• Report any incidents, hazards, or equipment issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including basic cleaning and court checks.
• Deliver friendly, high-energy customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Support team members and management during busy periods to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safety. While no prior experience is required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

• Experience in sports coaching, youth programs, or community supervision.
• Strong communication skills to connect with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Conflict management or mediation skills to handle disputes constructively.
• Familiarity with basketball or similar sports activities is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively with children and young people in a supervised setting.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities during busy court sessions.
