NOVA Tastings is a rapidly growing experiential marketing company leading high-impact activations across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead teams, drive sales, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and manage 40 SuperNOVAs (Brand Ambassadors) to ensure performance and alignment with company goals
- Drive sales through strategic event planning and execution
- Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
- Partner with distributors, suppliers, and clients to support sales initiatives
- Manage reporting, expenses, travel, and overall operational execution
- Ensure strong communication and 100% customer satisfaction
Territory- Must Reside in or near Richmond
- Regional responsibility across retail and key accounts
- Territory to include: Blacksburg, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Richmond and surrounding, Virginia Beach and surrounding.
- Travel up to 70% - 100%
