Our client is a nonprofit organization recognized globally for advancing the hard sciences and publishing leading scientific journals. The Brand Manager will support brand strategies and coordinate marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence and impact.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Washington, DC, paying $41.50-$48.00 per hour. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and print
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives
- Utilize metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support organizational branding and outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within nonprofit organizations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
