KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair and Service
- Inspect, repair, and calibrate equipment both in-house and in the field
- Perform diagnostics and ensure tools meet performance standards
- Travel up to 40 percent of the time to customer and offshore locations
- Operate equipment on-site and support customer applications
- Provide training and product demonstrations to customers
- Support sales efforts through technical expertise and customer interaction
- Maintain accurate service records and track parts usage
- Assist with inventory management and physical inventory counts
- Modify and prepare toolkits and equipment cases, including painting and labeling
- Support preparation and logistics for trade shows and exhibitions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Perform product conversions based on production requirements
- Provide backup support to other operational areas as needed
- Hands-on mechanical or technical experience in equipment repair or field service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with both internal teams and customers
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for travel
- Willingness to travel up to 40 percent, including potential offshore assignments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism at all times
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety standards
