Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support growth within a dynamic packaging solutions environment. This role is responsible for managing a designated sales territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow a defined sales territory through strategic account management and new business development
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building efforts
  • Generate profitable sales through consistent engagement with prospective and existing customers, including in-person meetings
  • Assess customer packaging needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives
  • Build and execute Key Account Plans for priority accounts to drive long-term growth and retention
  • Leverage business and financial knowledge to support profitable decision-making and account strategy
  • Deliver value propositions by aligning customer needs with organizational capabilities and resources
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to meet regional and operational objectives
  • Travel regularly to customer sites, meetings, and industry events, approximately 50 percent or more
  • May serve as an account lead, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Experience in the corrugated packaging or related industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required

COMPENSATION:

In compliance with New York pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $25,000–$130,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
