This role supports a large, multi-site hospital system that has been nationally recognized for excellence in patient care and clinical performance. The District Manager will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and client relationship management across multiple facilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serves as the primary executive leader for a single, complex healthcare client with multiple sites and service lines. This role holds full responsibility for client relationships, operational performance, and contract execution. Ensures service delivery is consistent, reliable, and aligned with contractual commitments while driving overall client success.

- Experience reviewing and maintaining reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment through enforcement of safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to assess financial risks and opportunities, communicate insights to stakeholders, and implement action plans
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity challenges and solutions within healthcare environments

- Minimum of 7 years of management experience
