KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and break/fix repairs on digital imaging equipment, including copiers, printers, and multi-function devices
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls at customer locations
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including field service and expense reports
- Identify and report product failure trends and service issues to management
- Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational and performance standards
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols and customer requirements
- Support uptime and reliability in a 24/7 service environment
- 2 to 4 years of related technical experience or equivalent vocational training
- Associate's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Prior experience as a field service technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to meet performance standards related to service quality and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including shift work and on-call rotations
- Ability to obtain required security clearances for customer sites
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, and kneeling for extended periods
- This is a customer-facing role and may require compliance with client-specific policies, including health and safety protocols
