Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs
- Partner with families to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals as needed
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current New Jersey SLP License (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
- Reliable transportation for the Millburn home visit
