What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at gab&go speech?
I am looking for a NJ certified speech language pathologist to provide services at a thriving Woodbridge speech clinic.
We service infants through geriatrics. the caseload at this clinics includes but is not limited to autism, apraxia, oral motor disorders, feeding disorders, fluency disorders, articulation, language, feeding, behavioral feeding, cognitive rehabilitation, etc.
I am willing to train and provide supports to any interested candidates who don’t have oral motor and feeding skills.
I am open to a therapist able to work in any capacity including per diem, contract work, part time, 3 hours a week, etc. Most of our patients need after school hours.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of various assessment and treatment techniques for speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with assistive technology for communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Essentially what you don't know how to do, we can train you to do and feel comfortable doing.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week
