ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join Nova’s growing Finance team. This role will play a critical part in providing financial insights, supporting data-driven decisions, and enabling the company to scale responsibly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to contribute to the fast-moving world of live entertainment and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
- Contribute to investor and stakeholder reporting packages
- Analyze trends in revenue, costs, and profitability to identify opportunities and risks
- Help improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with financial modeling and business case development
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial insights into clear recommendations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience in entertainment, live events, or technology a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
