πΉ What Youβll Do as a Recovery Advocate
Youβll be a grounding presence in a clientβs early recovery experience. From maintaining structure to offering encouragement, youβll ensure our environment is safe, supportive, and healing.
Your Role Includes:
βοΈ Monitoring client behavior & documenting observations
βοΈ Completing rounds every 30 minutes to ensure safety
βοΈ Helping with admissions, discharges & transport
βοΈ Encouraging recovery-focused behavior & redirecting when needed
βοΈ Upholding respectful, professional boundaries while offering heartfelt support
