Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and residential staff.
- Lead daily team meetings and oversee program operations.
- Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
- Manage assessments, treatment plans, and discharge coordination.
- Audit charts and ensure documentation compliance.
- Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's Level Clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license (in good standing). PhD/PsyD preferred
- 2 years of supervisory or operational experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or healthcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health or business administration.
- Experience with EHR systems (Lightning Step preferred).
- Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and 12-Step recovery models.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time position at Old Oaks Ranch – Wimberley, TX.
- Flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Some travel required to other Nova locations in Texas.
