• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA
• English Language skills; must have good spoken and reading comprehension.
• Able to lift/move up to 50lbs w/ physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day
• Ability to act in a compassionate, supportive manner, especially with complex clients
  
• Ability to work a consistent schedule
• Observe and enforce health and safety standards
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Responsibilities:

• Engagement: walks, outings, games, crafts, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and conversation
• Light Housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, trash removal, and checking mail
• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Organized: Medication and appointment reminders
• Safe Driver: Assist with transportation to doctor's appointments/run errands
