Nova Leap Health is looking for caring, dependable Caregivers to join our team! Our caregivers provide personalized support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life.

YOUR ROLE

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one assistance based on each client's individual needs. Duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transportation for appointments, errands, or shopping when needed
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Communicating changes or concerns to the care team

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

We understand that everyone has different scheduling needs. We offer a variety of opportunities, including:

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Shorter and longer shifts
• Recurring schedules
• PRN and fill-in opportunities
• Overtime opportunities when available

Whether you're looking for part-time hours, additional work, or a more consistent schedule, we'll work with you to find an assignment that fits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is required
• CNA certification is a plus
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license when required for client transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screenings
