WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized support based on each client's needs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assistance with transfers and mobility
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and light cooking
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and conversation
- Transportation to appointments, errands, or shopping when needed
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the care team
We know life doesn't always fit into a 9-5 schedule. That's why we offer a variety of scheduling options, including:
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Short and extended shifts
- Consistent recurring schedules
Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or a more consistent schedule, we'll work with you to find opportunities that fit your availability.
- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is required
- CNA certification preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license when transportation is required
- Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
