- Oversee daily operations of the Client care department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Lead and mentor customer care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. · Coordinate training sessions for staff on best practices in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and understanding of care planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
