Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant located in Lavon, TX. The Project Assistant will provide administrative and logistical support for various landscape and irrigation projects, ensure project timelines are met, and assist in coordinating with team members and vendors. Responsibilities will include organizing project documentation, tracking project progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and addressing operational needs to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills to effectively manage project documentation and deadlines.
• Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in administrative tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently and proactively.
• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to project management or business administration is preferred.
