What You Will Do
- Possesses thorough knowledge of food a menu in order to answer all questions from staff
- Rotation of hot and cold stations
- Daily prep for the day and week
- Learning and execution of menu offerings
- Performs opening and closing side work
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

What You Should Have
- 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
- A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Must have an accommodating attitude
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
