The Assistant Processor collaborates with Processors and Loan Officers to prepare loan applications for processing, while collecting and reviewing required documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Spectrum office in Scottsdale, AZ. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Evolving as an Assistant Processor by having…
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least one (1) year of recent loan processing experience preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service-related field preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Exciting Opportunities to Grow by…
- Stack and prepare loan packages for submission to the Processor within 48 hours of receipt.
- Verify initial disclosures for compliance and resend any missing or unsigned disclosures to the client.
- Utilize available resources to order case numbers, obtain CAIVRS, certifications of eligibility, and check LDP and GSA lists.
- Order required third-party items, including but not limited to, appraisals, prelims, credit supplements, fraud reports, homeowner’s insurance, tax transcripts, and verifications (VOEs, VOMs, VODs, VORs) as needed.
- Follow up to ensure all required documentation is received and accurate.
- Contact clients and borrowers as needed.
- Assist the Processor and follow directions to ensure closing deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding private, trade secret, and proprietary information.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as mortgage loan origination software.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
