What are the responsibilities and job description for the Krispy Krunchy Chicken Cook/Team Member - NOVA, Milford NH position at Nova Convenience Corporation?
NOVA is a brand-new gas station and convenience store opening in Milford, NH this September, featuring a Krispy Krunchy Chicken counter. We're building our founding KKC team now and looking for someone with fryer or fast-food experience who can follow a hot-oil kitchen process safely and keep up during busy rushes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and fry chicken and other KKC menu items following Krispy Krunchy Chicken's standard recipes and procedures
- Operate fryers and food prep equipment safely, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Take orders and handle transactions at the KKC counter using our store's POS system
- Keep the kitchen, fryers, and prep area clean and stocked
- Monitor food temperatures and hold times per KKC/health code standards
- Provide friendly, fast service during peak times
Requirements:
- Prior fast-food, kitchen, or fryer experience strongly preferred — this involves hot oil and a specific frying process, so it's not an entry-level role
- Must be 16 or older
- Comfortable working near fryers/hot equipment and standing for a shift
- Reliable and able to work some weekends/holidays
Pay: $17.00 per hour
