Job Description
Account Manager Business Development - Permian
This role requires day to day interaction with Nova’s customer base in the Permian Basin. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing our rental compression assets in this area. Personnel in this role are expected to lead through example by implementing the Nova Core Values, Family, Accountability, Professionalism, Dignity, and Effort.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop relationships with current and new customers at the corporate level
· Assist with sales efforts across the company
o Sizing of equipment for specific applications
o Assist in development of new products and services
· Manage the day-to-day functions of our current customer base
o This requires in person and phone meetings with our larger customers
· Develop new customers
· Assist Operations with curves and technical support
· Maintain and manage contracts with each customer.
· Provide weekly & monthly reporting to the executive team
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to:
· Cultivate and grow customer relationships
· Travel to other regions to further corporate objectives
· Configure compression equipment
· Manage and provide reporting on weekly basis
· Ability to communicate with all Nova Compression customers at the executive level
Proficient with and Knowledge of:
· Ability to build and track KPI reports
· Written and verbal communication
· Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and computer skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
Minimum Experience and Education:
· 3-7 years compression experience
· Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required
